Integration rule
The MailCube appliance fits within your corporate network across the stream of incoming e-mail.
The basic configuration is rather simple. Suffices to give MailCube a new IP address within your network and make it known to the SMTP element upstream. Then, using MailCube's remote Web administration, instruct MailCube to hand e-mail over to your existing SMTP server and use a DNS controller and an HTTP proxy (if any) for its own internal updates.
Administration
The setup and maintenance of a MailCube appliance is streamlined by its integrated Web administration. As soon as MailCube has its own IP address, any Web browser within the intranet will do as administrating console.
In addition to access to the parameters of the filtering software, the administrator has total control over:

treatment of the filtered messages: marking (tagging) of the subject, organisation quarantine, per-user quarantine with activity reports

multi-domain routing of messages, towards one or more SMTP servers

the cleared sender domains (whitelists)

address translations upon arrival

bandwidth control

... to name but a few.
