Operation of the component The filtering module sends the application a verdict of spamming for each message. It sends a message in the shape of a filename or a memory buffer, and the module returns a score mentioning the degree of illegitimacy of the message and its nature (phishing, ad, spam, scam…). The scoring linked to the degree of illegitimacy of the message enables the host application to fulfill distinctive actions (transmit, tag, quarantine, delete ...) according to predetermined and personalized scoring settings put in place. Vade Retro SDK offers you the privilege of creating your personalized profiles so that your filtering is efficient and quick when treating threats. This profile will influence the engine behavior and the rules of filtering. Vade Retro engine is an assembly of modules tailored to specific needs or threats.
